ssh & scp timeout & keepalive params

Prevent ssh & scp from getting stuck with the collowing command line parameters :

ssh -Y -C -e[ -o ConnectTimeout=2 -o TCPKeepAlive=yes -o ServerAliveInterval=2 -o ServerAliveCountMax=2 root@host
